After Sales Service
Luxco Importers is the official exclusive agent for TW Steel in South Africa and surrounding countries. With our head office and service centre situated in the Sandton suburb of Johannesburg, we are perfectly located to serve you. Should you require any service or repair on your TW Steel, you are welcome to bring it to our service centre or take it to your nearest TW retail store.
INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE
TW Steel offers a 2-5 year manufacturer's warranty depending on the collection, following the day of purchase.
The guarantee of a TW Steel watch is ONLY VALID if the watch is purchased from an authorized retailer.
GUARANTEE EXCLUSIONS
- Battery
- Crystals
- Crystal Glass, Sapphire or Mineral
- Bracelet or Leather Strap
- Damage resulting from an accident, normal wear, negligence, misuse or abuse.
- Intervention of any person not authorised to repair TW Steel watches.
- Loss and theft
- Transport and insurance costs
